Ingredients:
Rice 2/3rd cup
Bell pepper
Chunky carrot
Two celery sticks
Protein (using leftover quorn roast here bc its very flavourful and you can dice it)
Peas
2-3 Eggs
Salt
Pepper
Msg
Wash rice three times, prepare according to however you prepare rice
Whilst rice is cooking, Chop veggies v small, toss into pan with garlic oil alongside quorn and fry off for flavour
Add cooked rice stir for a bit
Add peas (u don't want them to go too mushy so don't add them at the start)
Make a clear space in the middle and crack 2 or 3 eggs in, stir vigorously to mix then let cook on the heat, then fold rice veggie mix in
